About us
BF.asset solutions focuses on advising its clients in regard to cash-flow-based funding structures in project, asset and corporate financing, and on the implementation of these. We assist our clients in all phases of their corporate or project development with a customised and market-driven approach, both during their growth cycles and during any realignment of their business models.

Accepting a request for information, identifying the project objective and submitting a qualified initial assessment. Depending on the outcome, a mandate agreement will be drafted next.
Defining and preparing the corporate and / or project data relevant for the funding or structuring objective, analysing the status quo and discussing it with the client, followed by the drafting of a project and business plan
Defining relevant solutions, integrating professional advisers (e.g. to facilitate insolvency strategies), defining roles, developing (alternative) financing and structuring options while taking all relevant parameters into account (considering one-off specifications and regulatory requirements)
Working out a financing solution by considering a wide spectrum of components such as bank financing arrangements, non-bank solutions, securities and fund structuring, government funding options, among other things
Identifying lenders or investment partners on the national and international level, preparing exhaustive information packages, organising initial soundings, arranging and facilitating expert & management meetings, etc.) communicating results

Developing a solution concept
Developing a transparent and plausible financing story by considering eligible funding options, including classic debt structures like bank solutions, debt funds and capital market structures as well as hybrid structures that may involve mezzanine capital and / or new investors. Moreover, we will look into available government funding options via our network of partners.

Fabio Carrozza has been with the BF Group since October 2020. He is in charge of the sales staff in the company’s branch offices in Stuttgart and Berlin. Fabio Carrozza has long-term experience in the management of corporate and real estate clients and in the structuring of corporate, property and portfolio financing arrangements. Before joining the BF Group, he spent more than 20 years in the banking sector in a variety of roles and responsibilities after obtaining a degree in business economics.


Daniel Endemann joined the BF Group in 2022, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the real estate and finance industries to the job. He is responsible for the accounts of international clients. Before transferring to the BF Group, he worked for the LBBW state bank, handling the international financing business for institutional investors. Prior to that, he spent over 14 years with Aberdeen Standard Investments, working in the treasury and portfolio management of property funds. He obtained a degree in business administration from the University of Tübingen, majoring in corporate finance and banking.


Alexander Flach has worked for the BF Group since early 2019. He has been responsible for structuring real estate debt products for institutional investors. He also facilitated the launch of the first BF investment fund while also playing an instrumental role in securing the separate account mandate of a prestigious German insurance company. On top of that, Alexander Flach manages the club deals structured by the BF Group. Before transferring to the BF Group, Alexander Flach worked for an apartment privatisation company where he was active in the transactions and property development units. Alexander Flach obtained an MSc in real estate technology and real estate economics at the University of Stuttgart.


Rolf Girsch works as adviser for BF.asset solutions. With his long-term experience in the field of capital market and finance structuring, he is responsible for analysing and developing solution concepts, among other things. In this line of work, he draws on his background of many years in the banking and structuring business. Having set up his own consulting company in 2019, he now acts as a catalyst in the implementation of fund, security and funding structures that meet bespoke requirements or any of various regulatory regimes such as Solvency II and the German Investment Ordinance (AnlV).


Harald Zenke is a management consultant specialising in strategic alignment and finance structuring in those areas relevant to a sustainable economy, to renewable energies (generation, transport, storage) and to new technologies (the focus being on their use in the residential rental business). He has been active in the banking sector for more than 30 years, including as spokesperson of KfW IPEX-Bank and as Head Structured Finance & Corporates Europe of LBBW. In addition, he sits on various advisory boards and boards of directors and holds a degree in economics from the University of Bonn.
